Prepaid often has two clocks: balance validity and data-pack validity. A recharge can extend one but not the other. Always check the exact expiry timestamp shown in the wallet/app.
En prepago suelen existir dos relojes: vigencia del saldo y vigencia del pack de datos. Una recarga puede extender uno y no el otro. Revise el vencimiento exacto en la billetera/app.
Keep proof of paymentGuarde comprobantes
Save SMS confirmations and payment receipts (screenshot + email). If a recarga does not apply, support will ask for transaction IDs and time.

Don’t confuse “packs” and “balance”No confunda “packs” y “saldo”
Some services consume wallet balance per MB/minute unless you activate a pack. If you see fast balance drain, confirm whether a data pack is active and whether tethering burns a different bucket.
